An international initiative of distinguished business, political, social and spiritual leaders to highlight the need to awaken the qualities of motherhood as a lasting solution for the problems plaguing society and to bring the concept of Universal Motherhood to a discussion of the present condition of women in society, and seek ways to apply that concept to improving women’s status. The initiative is presided over by Smt. Dr.Najma Heptulla (Deputy Chairman, Rajya Sabha)
